Measure the cleat, not the foot
Every size below was measured from soccer cleats. Measure yours the same way heel to toe, outside of the shoe — and match the length.
SSOLES™ go over the outside of a cleat, so the only measurement that matters is how long that cleat is. Not your child’s foot, and not the number printed on the box the same printed size differs by up to half an inch between Nike, adidas and Puma.
Two minutes with a ruler beats any size chart.
Tip of the toe to the very back of the heel the outside of the cleat.
Print the sizing board
Two pages, printed at actual size. Cut page 1 along its dashed line, lay that edge on the green line on page 2 and tape the back the ruler numbers should run on unbroken. Stand the cleat’s heel against the stop and read the letter the toe lands in. There is a card-sized box on page 1 to check your printer did not shrink it.

No printer? Measure with a ruler
1. Stand the cleat on the floor with the heel touching a wall.
2. Lay a book or clipboard flat against the furthest point of the toe, square to the wall.
3. Take the book away and measure from the wall to where its edge was.
Measure the outside of the cleat, not the insole. Use the left cleat, and if the two feet differ take the larger one.
